Many issues that you may run into such as: white screen, json fails when importing, empty page content and other similar issues are all related to low PHP configuration limits. The solution is to increase the PHP limits. You can do this on your own, or contact your web host and ask them to increase those limits to a minimum as follows:

  • memory_limit = 256M
  • max_execution_time = 300
  • max_input_time = 300
  • upload_max_filesize = 64M
  • post_max_size = 64M

Plugin Installation

Once you purchase the plugin from codecanyon, you'll be able to 2 file type.
  1. All Files and documentation
  2. Installable WordPress Plugin File
If you select to download all files and documentation ( the zip name will be codecanyon-xxx-xxxxx.zip ), you have to extract it out ( to get codecanyon-vxx_xx.zip file ) before installing it to wordPress system.
Install plugin via WordPress Dashboard

Select File From Your Computer

After Install, You Will See this message

Install plugin via FTP
  1. Access to the file on your server using ftp editor program
  2. Go to 'wp-content/plugins' folder
  3. Extract the zip file and put the plugin-xyz folder there
  4. Go to 'WordPress Dashboard > Plugins > Find the HT Menu Plugin and click activate
  5. All Done :)

HT Menu Style tab you can easily change menu color, submenu color, submenu backgroud, Megamenu width, Megamenu background color.

Template Library Tab you can easily download pre build menu layout.

  1. Go to WordPress Dashboard > Templates
  2. Click On Add New
